Americas Best Value Inn Arkadelphia

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. This was a last minute booking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were in rooms near other family members, we had a place to park our camper, and just felt welcome. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised.

they had a room available at the last minute. they had done renovation and it was pretty nice. the location was alright. the evening clerk, I think he might have been the proprietor, was kind and very helpful. the bed was comfortable enough. the coffee was good.

Very friendly staff and good customer service beds was very comfortable. Definitely would come back.

Paul, the receptionist was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. He was is a good mood and it was a very pleasant conversation. The room was really clean, it had new fixtures, the water from the shower was hot and had great pressure. The microwave and fridge were very clean. I really had a great stay. Thank you. If all motels were like that, it would be great.

Check-in was fast. Gentleman at the FDSK was very kind and accommodating. Room was very large and clean. The beds were super comfy too! There was a youth sports team at the hotel at the same time, we did not have any issues with noise, etc. Our room actually faced the McDonald's drive-thru and we didn't hear a sound ... which was nice! Wi-Fi was great as well! I was traveling with my 12 y/o son and even though the hotel has outward facing doors, I felt very safe and secure in our room. :)
